Francesco Badalamenti

Francesco has excelled in the beauty industry for the past 36 years. He has studied with TIGI, Bumble & Bumble, Redken, Jingles, Vidal Sasson, Sebastian, Grahm Webb, and Pivot Point. His work is published in many salon industry hair magazines both here and abroad. Francesco opened his first salon, Eleega, in 1989 with only four chairs and dreamed of the day he would own a grand salon and spa. Four years later, Salon Francesco was born. In 2004, with his brother by his side, his dream became a reality when Francesco and Giovanni Salon and Spa was established. Francesco enjoys a thorough consultation with his clients and the creation of perfect haircuts and flattering hair colors. He educates his clients on the proper use of products and tools in an effort to easily recreate his hair design.

Giovanni Badalamenti

Giovanni’s love for hairdressing has been a journey for over 20 years. He has traveled all over the country to maintain the highest level of education. In the year 2000, Giovanni was one of the Wella Fairchild Young stylists of the year and in 2001, he became an educator for the Toni & Guy Artistic team. He continues to remain updated with the latest styles and trends in the industry as well as coaching his staff. Giovanni, as co-owner of Francesco and Giovanni Salon and Spa, hopes that “he can give his clients the most innovative looks of today’s fashion. His goal is to make every client look and feel great.” Outside the Salon, Giovanni’s other passions include soccer, F1 racing and car collecting.

Stephanie has been an F&G Salon team member for 23 years. She is a graduate of Ambler Beauty Academy and continues to update her education. She specializes in curly and wavy hair and barbering. Stephanie believes in classic, effortless, timeless beauty.

Debbie has been a successful stylist at F&G for the past 14 years. Her passion and creativity for her craft, along with her focus on the customer experience, aid in tailoring the perfect cuts and color for her clients.
Racquel Natale

Racquel has had a passion for hair artistry her entire life. As early as kindergarten, she knew it was her dream to be a stylist. Racquel is driven and ambitious and thus, continuously educates herself on the latest techniques and trends. When it comes to chemical services, she specializes in blonding and dimensional color. Racquel strives to connect to each person in her chair by building a genuine relationship and making them feel their absolute best when walking out the door. Racquel graduated from Toni and Guy, a multi award-winning academy, and has been at Francesco and Giovanni Salon since 2014.
Cass Saylor

Cass has been working at F&G for 17 years as a nail technician. She loves doing manicures, gel manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Cass can be found doing what she loves best on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Heather Thompson

Heather has been a manicurist for 25 years and enjoys pampering her clients. She earned her license in her senior year of high school. Heather studied reflexology and feels that pedicures are her specialty. She enjoys giving clients the best spa experience as well as educating them on continued home care in between services.
Rosemarie Flannery

Rosemarie started in the beauty industry in 2010. She specializes in coloring, cutting, texturizing services, and extensions. Rosemarie’s wide range of education includes Toni & Guy and Wella, as well as numerous classes, workshops, and webinars. Andrea Remak

Andrea graduated from Gordon Phillips with a certification in Cosmetology and Teacher/Management. She has freelanced with hair and makeup at the Keswick Theatre. She continues her education throughout the years specializing in color, highlighting, perms, and cutting. Andrea helps her clients look and feel their best while educating them on maintaining their style.
