1- Francesco Badalamenti
Francesco has excelled in the beauty industry for the past 28 years. He has studied with TIGI, Bumble & Bumble, Redken, Jingles, Vidal Sassoon, Sebastian, Grahm Webb, and Pivot Point. His work is published in many salon industry hair magazines both here and abroad. Francesco opened his first salon, Eleega, in 1989 with only four chairs and dreamed of the day he would own a grand salon and spa. Four years later, Salon Francesco was born. In 2004, with his brother by his side, his dream became a reality when Francesco and Giovanni Salon and Spa was established. Francesco enjoys a thorough consultation with his clients and the creation of perfect haircuts and flattering hair colors. He educates his clients on the proper use of products and tools in an effort to easily recreate his hair design.
2- Giovanni Badalamenti
Giovanni’s love for hairdressing has been a journey for over 20 years. He has traveled all over the country to maintain the highest level of education. In the year 2000, Giovanni was one of the Wella Fairchild Young Stylists of the year and in 2001 he became an educator for the Toni & Guy Artistic team. He continues to remain updated with the latest styles and trends in the industry as well as coaching his staff. Giovanni, as co-owner of Francesco and Giovanni Salon and Spa, hopes that “he can give his clients the most innovative looks of today’s fashion. His goal is to make every client look and feel great.” Outside the Salon, Giovanni’s other passions include soccer and F1 racing.
101- Carol Delaney
Carol has been with the company since 1990. She has attended many classes, workshops, and seminars through the years; Redken, Wella and TIGI to name a few. Carol believes in “listening to her clients’ needs and giving them personalized attention.”
102- Stephanie E. Nelligan
Stephanie has been a part of the F & G family for fifteen years. She is a graduate of Ambler Beauty Academy and continues to update her education by attending Wella, Redken, and Toni & Guy classes provided by the Salon. Stephanie believes in “classic, timeless beauty and loves her clientele.”
103- Vita DiCicco
Vita graduated from Ambler Beauty Academy in 1990 and began her career with F&G Salon and Spa in 2002. She continues her education throughout the year, specializing in color, highlighting, precision cutting, and waxing. Vita’s personal philosophy is “to give her clients the look that will make them feel their best and help to educate them on maintaining the look they desire.”
104- Jen Pratt
Jen has been an exceptional stylist for over fifteen years, nine of which have been spent at F&G Salon and Spa. She has studied at Redken Exchange and Bumble & Bumble University. Jen is “always looking for the next great hair trend.”
106- Jessica Jantes
Jess has been an employee at F&G Salon and Spa since 2005. She attended North Montco Technical Career Center for Cosmetology as well as TIGI Academy and Bumble & Bumble. Jess says, “When a client is pleased with their hair, they leave my chair feeling good and that makes me happy!”
107- Kerry Reed
Kerry started in the beauty industry in 2000, joining the F&G family in 2005. She specializes in cutting and coloring for both men and women. Kerry’s wide range of advanced education includes training at the Redken Exchange in NYC, Toni & Guy, Bumble & Bumble, and Wella classes. She remains updated on the latest trends in order to give her clients the look they desire. Kerry believes in “listening to her clients and understanding their needs while respecting their hair.” She has a great passion for the industry and loves to see her clients happy!
108- Danielle Joyce
Danielle has spent over 20 years, ten of which have been with F&G, as a stylist an in-salon educator. Her mission is to “encourage clients, students, and co-workers to see hair as a canvas where art, creativity and self expression collide.” To stay on trend and inspire her craft, Danielle has attended countless advanced training seminars. These include Vidal Sasson, Tony and Guy, Redken, Wella, Aveda and Suki’s in Canada. Other creative interests include millinery (hat making) having formally been trained at Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and Moore College of Art in Philadelphia.
109- Jessica O. McGuckin
Since joining the F&G team in 2007, Jessica has earned a reputation as an accomplished hair stylist for her expert techniques in cutting and coloring. In addition to graduating from Lansdale School of Cosmetology in 2001, she has attended a number of advanced classes including Redken Exchange, Bumble & Bumble, and TIGI Academy. Jessica has “dedicated herself to outstanding customer service, while staying on top of industry trends.”
110- Debra Battista
Debra attended Empire Beauty Academy and has been a part of the F&G team for six years. She continues her education by attending classes from TIGI, Wella, Unite, and Sebastian. Debra believes “in keeping current with trends and customizing them to meet each client’s needs.”
111- Tiffany Santangelo
Tiffany has been with F&G Salon and Spa since she received her cosmetology license seven years ago. She keeps herself up to date on the latest styles and techniques by attending cut and color classes. Tiffany has “a passion for hair and a talent for making every client look and feel their best.”
113- Becca Michetti
Becca has always dreamed of being a stylist. She has been a part of the F&G family for four years. She has had extensive education with the TIGI Academy as well as many advanced salon classes. Becca’s goal is “to show her clients the latest trends with a creative eye and passion for her work.”
115- Megan McHugh
Starting in a salon at age fourteen, Megan always dreamed of being a successful hair stylist. Three years later, she graduated from North Montco Technical Career Center, obtaining her license in Cosmetology. She joined the team at F&G in 2011, working closely under Francesco and Giovanni. Since then, Megan has been promoted to Art Director, specializing in a variety of chemical services, haircutting and special occasion hair styling. Megan is certified in Keratin Treatments and has attended various advanced education classes in many aspects of the industry. She has also taken on the role as Social Media coordinator for the salon. Megan “enjoys listening to her clients’ needs and tailors the end result to fit their personality and lifestyle. She looks forward to welcoming new faces!”
116- Danielle Troisi
Dani has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry since she was a little girl. She attended Pulse Beauty Academy, a Paul Mitchell partner school, and finished among the tops in her class. Over her 3 years at F&G, Dani has worked her way from an assistant to a stylist all while continuing her education. She attends hair shows and classes to keep up with the latest cuts, color techniques, and styles to keep her clients looking up-to-date and trendy. She values listening to her clients and making sure she understands their hair needs. Dani “strives to provide you with an unforgettable service that will leave you wanting to come back!”
117- Stacey Bohl
Stacey received her cosmetology license in 2003 at Ambler Beauty Academy. She has been working at F&G Salon and Spa for seven and a half years, and specializes in hair, makeup, and nails.
118- Andrea Remak
Andrea graduated from Gordon Phillips with a degree in Cosmetology and Teacher/Management. She continued her education by obtaining professional certificates in skin care and nail care and by attending Redken, Wella, Unite, Dermalogica, and OPI classes. She has free lanced with makeup for actors at the Keswick Theatre and this exposure has benefited her knowledge in bridal hair and makeup.
